Although we do try our very best to care for everyone in the best possible way we realize that we cannot satisfy everyone's needs all the time. Despite our training and experience we are all human and therefore we can all make mistakes!

If you feel that the care and attention we have provided is not adequate or if you are upset about something unpleasant that has happened to you we actually DO want to know! If we don't receive your feedback we won't be aware that there are problems with what we do so it's really very important for you to tell us what you think is wrong.

If you you feel that you cannot speak directly to the person who you believe has caused you a problem, please ask to speak with our Practice Manager, Sue McDonald. She can see you privately in her office and will record all the details and attempt to sort out ALL the facts in order to reach some resolution.
